Detox Vegetable Broth

Detox Vegetable Broth


Commonly used vegetable broth to add flavor dishes, like soup and stew. Broth sold usually high salinity. Therefore, the broth should not be consumed in a detox program.

Luxury vegetable broth
15 ml sunflower oil

1 potato
1 piece celery
2 piece garlic
1 stalk thyme
1 bay leaves
a few parsley stems
600 ml of freshly crushed black pepper

* Clean all the vegetables, discarding the ends, then cut to pieces. Heat 15 ml of sunflower oil in a big panic. Add carrots, potatoes and celery chopped.

garlic, thyme, bay leaves and parsley, stirring constantly. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

* Reduce heat and simmer again for forty minutes with the lid half open. Strain then add black pepper to taste. Add this stock to your problems as needed
