Osteoporosis Risk Higher Deaths from Uterus Cancer!

For the prevention of the disease, according to Bambang, among others, by maintaining calcium intake to about 1200 milligrams per day which can be obtained mainly from dairy and fresh fish.

"People Indonesia is still low levels of calcium intake, which is only about 300 milligrams per day. In fact, if calcium intake is less, your body will automatically be absorbed from the bones," he explained.

I wonder how many fish you have to eat to get to 1200 milligrams of calcium intake a day.
