1. Do I eat five servings of fruits and vegetables every day?

The human body needs vitamin and mineral intake is adequate. And with five portions of fruit and vegetables per day, of those needs can be met.
Vegetables and fruits are the best source of antioxidants that can prevent a person from a heart attack and cancer. Fiber contained in it is also important for digestion.
Note: a tropical fruit count as one portion.

2. Am I actively engaged at least 30 minutes every day?

3. Do I drink eight glasses per day?
