· Nettle - 250 mg. three times daily

· Flaxseed oil - one tbsp daily or one tablet

· Beta-Carotene - 10,000 to 15,000 IU of beta-carotene daily

There is also something else that I did as well. I tried to use hair products that protected my hair and promoted hair growth. This included a hot oil treatment, which stimulates blood flow to the scalp and increases healthy hair growth. Mira is the product that I used, and it worked great. My hair grew fast."
