There are times when a person's body lacks a substance be it vitamins, calcium or iron. As such deficiency, the body usually gives certain signals.

The signals given by the body is not realized by everyone, because most people just ignore it. This is due to the ignorance that is shown by the body is a signal that there is a lack of substance.

8. Dandruff

9. Red eye
