Candle Therapy for sobriety
Maybe some people started listening with wax therapy, believed that with the wax therapy the patient will get peace in undergoing treatment, it can be said is new in health.

Some research suggests that the benefits of this candle therapy is to provide peace of mind and heart to everyone, be it depression, stress from work or suffered any mental shock.

In the process of this therapy, it is very big influence for peace of heart, soul and for your heart, if you are experiencing depression you feel after work or facing a very serious problem in the household, you can try this at home you do therapy.

This therapy process is very simple or it can be said simply, because we just use some of the media that is easy to get, you want to know how the therapy process, I will try elaborated here:

Equipment needed:

1. Candle sticks.
2. Glass tube that will be used as a place of candles.
3. Paint the glass tube is a three colors, namely: red, green, and blue.
4. Prepare some common aroma therapy you use, in this case I do not require you to use any brand of aromatherapy.

Maybe you will ask, why in preparing the equipment we need to provide a particular color in the glass tube to be used in therapy. From one source that I get the color they provide some influence on the soul and ourselves as below:

1. Red: capable of providing peace of mind and our feelings.
2. Green color: able to soothe the soul and and heart.
3. Blue color: capable of providing an atmosphere of calm and cool.

In the process of running the therapy is we just simply need a space that is relatively calm and quiet, maybe you can use your bedroom as the process of running this therapy, and below are the steps in the process of therapy:

1. Place candles in a bowl and cover with glass jar candle is, keep the surface of the tube exceeds the candlelight.
2. Clear your thoughts of doing therapy.
3. Make sure that you are using a fairly comfortable clothing in the process of this therapy, in other words, avoid clothing that disrupt the body's motion.
4. Rub your favorite aroma therapy to multiple members of your body, avoid excessive consumption.
5. Now start you lay your body with the supine position, and do not let you sleep in the process of therapy.

Not easy enough to do these therapies, you do not need to spend huge costs in doing therapy. Please if you want to try your home.
